5.0 out of 5 stars Medjugorje Day by Day: A Daily Meditation Book Based on the Messages of Our Lady of Medjugorje, June 19, 2006

This is a great book. The one review that is negative is about the truth of the apparitions. That person fails to point out Pope John Paul II (the great) rejected the local bishops negative statement not once but 3 times. Who do you trust the Pope of the Century or some locals who got their egos involved and Unity publishing who is in gross error (Satan is strong Our Lady tells us.) I say the Medjugorje apparitions are REAL and I discerned arduously. I had help from above. This book gives Our Lady's messages in a bite size presentation. She is calling us to Holiness for the last time so we should read these messages seriously and do what Our Lady is saying which by the way is biblical and even just common sense. Stop sinning and start living charity toward our neighbor even when it hurts she says. The apparitions are real and I should add this is not the end of the world but Our Lady will no longer have to appear in her transfigured body to give advice through seers. The world is going to change radically to the good, Thanks be to God, after the chastisements and the miraculous sign on Cross Mountain. So read the book and LIVE THE MESSAGES as the Mother of Jesus has asked us to do, Oh so politely. As a mother would ask. But dad is coming home from work and the belt is next it appears especially for those who don't read and heed the messages which by the way are found in every bible. She is calling us to prayer and fasting, as she did at Fatima to "soften the belt" the Father will inflict on us for our sinful disobedience and lack of love toward neighbor and to change us into being like her son so that our joy will be abundant.....the eternal life in Heaven.

Medjugorje Day by Day is a truly inspirational book. It was given to me by a non-believer who I work with every day. Each morning I read it, there seems to be a lesson for that day which finds it's way into my heart and influences the way I treat others. I believe this book has been a vessel, not only for me to receive grace and gifts from the Holy Spirit. But, it helps me live better as a Christian and, I pray effects those around me in a postive way. I feel my friend has, in return, gained many graces from the book also, without ever having read it.
